The Construction, Completion and Maintenance of Al Khor park which comprises of Main Lobby, Museum, Library, office building with sky lights, Lecture Hall, Restaurant with children play area, Animal Farm , Birds aviary with Veterinary clinic building, Water fall features, Mosque including ladies prayer area, Amphi Theater, Kiosk with Kitchen & Toilet, Mini Golf area, Mini Basket Ball area, Mimi Lake area, Skating area, wall Mural Display, Gazebo/Pergolas, Public Toilets, Animal Display Area (03 rings +0I Square), Substation Transformer, Mini Railway Bridge & Station with tunnel with under ground services. The construction method is generally of reinforced concrete structure and block works (wall) and bitmac work (including car parking) and soft & hard landscaping The total Plot area is approximately 240,000 m2 of Building .
